Client Configuration Compaq DPEP PIII 800 MHz, Intel 810 Chipset/ 128 MB SDRAM, 10/100 NIC, 10 GB HDD/1.44 MB FDD
IPLC International Private Leased Circuit of 2 mbps Fibre Optic from Noida Exchange to Mantec
ACD Meridian Automatic Call Distribution communication system from Nortel.
e-CRM Siebel and CINCOM are available
Others We also have 27 nodes powered with AMD 500 MHz, 128 MB SDRAM and 20 GB Ultra ATA Seagate Harddrive.
Power Backup

All the PCs and other equipment viz. UPS, DG Set, Routers (Cisco), Modems, Printers, Scanner, etc. have been sourced from reputed vendors and exceed the minimum specification desired by our clients. Needless to say, all of our equipment is Y2K compliant.

In the event of power failure, we have two-tier backup. At first level, it is UPS; and at second level, we have DG sets.
