  Client Configuration : Lenevo Think Centre , i3 processor ,8 GB RAM.
   
  ACD: Meridian Automatic Call Distribution communication system from Nortel.
   
  Asterisk Based Dialers: Complete contact center functions. It has strong capabilities of Dialer, Voice Logger, IVR, ACD.
   
  Online CRM: Web based CRM Software for managing organization-wide sales
   
  Others: We also have 50 nodes powered with Intel® Pentium® Processor G630 (3M Cache, 2.70 GHz), with 4 GB RAM and 500 GB hard disk.
 
  Power Backup: All the PCs and other equipment viz. UPS, DG Set, Routers (Cisco), Modems, Printers, Scanner, etc. have been sourced from reputed vendors and exceed the minimum specification desired by our clients.
  In the event of power failure, we have two-tier backup. At first level, it is Online UPS; and at second level, we have DG sets.
